I currently hold my 461 visa ending in October 2018, i was divorce already to a kiwi guy and I'd like to ask if I'm still eligible to apply same visa? I'm also confused about my status, if I hold subclass 462 visa, am I a new Zealand citizen? If I renew my subclass 461 visa again and sya I was rejected, am I able to go to new Zealand easily? I am originally from the Philippines, What are my chances to go to new Zealand incase I'm rejected my renewal of subclass 461? Need advice please

I am new to this forum but like others I am in the process of renewing my 461 visa. Just wondered if it still take as long as it says in the immigration website. 17 months! I have two kids with my ex, Kiwi. Does anybody know if a Police check for outside of Australia is needed? I have a Police check from the UK from 4.5 years ago but I have not left Australia even for a day since arriving in Australia 4.5 years ago. I was hoping that only Australian police check would suffice?
