I had recently lodged skilled recognized subclass-476 visa by myself, I have cleared PTE and Medical Test that is Health check has completed and I even get the PCC. I know that I have to fill Form 80 but I want to know whether Form 956 is needed or not?

Form 956 is to authorise a Migration Agent or some other eligible person you act on your behalf. If you are handling your own application then you don't need a Form 956.
