I have submitted my 600 tourist visa application today on my immiaccount. I was not granted an ETA(due to saying yes to having a criminal conviction. A DUI from 5 years ago, no jail time). If I submit a police record check, do you believe I would have any issues having my visa accepted in the current 27 day time frame?
I have a flight booked for a 6 month stay in 45 days.

Thank you for any information. I have scoured the home affairs site and made numerous phone calls regarding this.
