Wondering if anyone has had experience with the Department of Home Affairs technical support team? How long do they usually take to respond?
Our 309 visa has status ‘Finalised’ and ‘Granted’ but there has been no emails or correspondence in the messages section. We logged a technical issue 3 days ago and haven’t heard anything as yet 😞

Thanks Aussie83! Thanks for the response, I meant to say 3 business days since we reached out. They told us it would take 5 days, just hope its not longer than that.

Hope it gets resolved soon, on another forum a user reported a similar issue with no correspondence despite the visa being confirmed as granted via VEVO.

Have you tried checking VEVO?
