Has anyone managed to obtain the Australian PR with thalassemia minor ?

Wont be an issue. they are concerned with ongoing expensive conditions ( to oversimplify the answer) my wife was a carrier of it and no issues.

So while declaring the health condition for generating the HAP I.d.(health reference number), you answered the question "Having any Blood condition" as "yes" and mentioned the condition as "thalassemia beta or thalassemia minor" ?

can't recall off hand, call it the offical version. Gets picked up in the blood test anyway.
