I could be wrong here, but if you tick yes on question 10, doesn't it ask if the member of the family unit migrating with you is Australian?I'm so confused!!!

I am filling out form 47SP online. I have attached a screenshot of the pages.
I am the sponsor married to my husband the applicant. We have one child.
Both our child and I are Australian citizens by birth.
When I called the embassy and asked are we (our child and I) considered as migrating with my husband they said no. So I ticked no (refer to the first image confused9)
The next page skips 10 and goes to 11 and asks for non-migrating. It lists everyone connected to a family, i.e.Aunt.
What is this question really asking? Is it only asking details because the context of it is based on the fact that the applicant may be single/divorced,etc?
What is the definition of 'family unit'? Does it mean the person you are married to and their children? Does it include my husband's parents and his sisters?
If I answer no to this it takes me to page 12 and asks for immediate family.
I start to fill out my mother-in-laws details who is a Turkish citizen and at the last question, I'm perplexed. The last question states "Australian immigration status"????
If I try to add my daughter's details who's only 2 it asks for her relationship status. I leave it blank but it won't allow me to continue the application until I fill one out.
Can anyone tell me how I should be answering these questions according to my situation?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
