I'm so confused!!!

Can someone please help?

I am filling out form 47SP online. I have attached a screenshot of the pages.

I am the sponsor married to my husband the applicant. We have one child.
Both our child and I are Australian citizens by birth.

When I called the embassy and asked are we (our child and I) considered as migrating with my husband they said no. So I ticked no (refer to the first image confused9)

The next page skips 10 and goes to 11 and asks for non-migrating. It lists everyone connected to a family, i.e.Aunt.

What is this question really asking? Is it only asking details because the context of it is based on the fact that the applicant may be single/divorced,etc?

What is the definition of 'family unit'? Does it mean the person you are married to and their children? Does it include my husband's parents and his sisters?

If I answer no to this it takes me to page 12 and asks for immediate family.

I start to fill out my mother-in-laws details who is a Turkish citizen and at the last question, I'm perplexed. The last question states "Australian immigration status"????:confused::confused::confused:

If I try to add my daughter's details who's only 2 it asks for her relationship status. I leave it blank but it won't allow me to continue the application until I fill one out.

Can anyone tell me how I should be answering these questions according to my situation?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Eh?
We aren't migrating with my husband. No one is.
On question 12 when placing my mil details I chose Australian immigration status as 'other' which is really none.
@ampk Oh! Thank-you! I just added that. Didn't think of it that way. lol
