Basically any time after you apply. Some take a few weeks, others take years. No way to tell which group you'll be lucky or unlucky enough to fall into.

The website for the visa you applied has estimated wait times. https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/

If you're asking about the bridging visa specifically, usually immediately or up to a few days, depending on how long payment takes to process.
