Good afternoon I would ask if my visa had any chances of being approved or denied. I'm a Fresh Graduate from College. My Aunt who is my sponsor wants to visit for the second time in Melbourne. This is the gift that she wants me to give because I finish my college degree. The problem is that I don't have a work.

The documents I only have are bank accounts, Travel History, and passport.
My aunt will be my sponsor, expenses, accommodation, itinerary Ticket and many more.

What more documents I need to gather

Thank you

None of us on here can tell you those chances as we are not immigration officials looking at the details of your case.

But a lot of it will depend on what country you're from, any immigration history you may have, and how much time you've spent in Australia.

Typically they want to see that you have incentive to return home and not just overstay in Australia.

3. I have a rent to own house through pag ibig housing loan, the title was not yet under my name because it was still under a housing loan. I have all the legal documents that I purchase it through loan. Can that be an evidence that in goin back to Philippines?
4. My Aussie boyfriend will shoulder all my tourist trip, and he will provide invitation letter and some more documents needed.
5. I have saving in the bank around 3,000 AUD.
