Hi
I have submitted my application by myself on April 12th and I haven’t heard anything from DIBP yet. Few of my friends got migration agent to do it and they got visa in 2-3 weeks time
So I don’t know what to do now
It’s been 2 months now and now I think I should have gone through an agent then.
Any kind of input will be helpful for me in this instance
With my knowledge and experience if you don’t have financial problems it would be a good idea to go through an agent

I submitted about a month after you and am also waiting, though my application moved from received to initial assessment to further assessment, and I got a request for more info (RFI). I didn't use an agent. Is your status still 'received?'

Is your company an accredited sponsor? How about your friends? Perhaps that also made a difference. I'm not sure hiring an RMA once you've already lodged can actually accomplish anything, but I don't have much experience so might be wrong.

Thanks for the response

My status is still “ received”. Yes my sponsor is an accredited one . And it’s in rural Victoria. My friends who got the visas are from the same employer 😞
But they have applied for themselves and I have lodged the application for my family
Did you apply for yourself or as a family?

Thanks

I also applied for my family, so that probably takes longer as there are more factors and more paperwork for DHA to go through than if you apply as a single person.

Hang in there!
