Hi
I know theres little bits here and there of what you need to do and where to do it, but I was wondering if there is a full list of what needs to be done to obtain the electricians A grade license.
I am in the UK and want to know what I can do now, and where I can do it. I no i need an otsr but where is best to do this? practical tests, where can these be done, vetassess?
I am looking to move within 2 years and want to get the ball rolling now.
Any help would be appriciated.

Could be an idea to do a google search for the electrical registrations body in the state you intend to work. At present, i believe Australia still have different requirements for electricians to work in Victoria, Queensland, NSW etc. I understand this "will" be changing, but it may be pertinent for you to check so you don't do anything which might turn out to be a waste of your time.

Just a little bit of info here:

Electrical Licensing in Australia

. . . and there's a little bit more halfway down here too:

Good luck.
