Hi there. So, I took a look at the thread that you mentioned and I was also unable to open it. I have escalated this issue to our technical team who will take a closer look to see what's going on (Case #3029297). Likely something is just out of sync in the back end of the site, causing the issue with the thread not showing up, but the team will take a closer look and get to the bottom of it. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
