I don't know the specifics of "limited". I've tried calling the number below but am on hold forever.

It does pay to read the entire document...

Depending on the visa you apply for, your bridging visa would normally have the same conditions as your last substantive visa.

There are a few exceptions, like partner visas, where the associated bridging visa usually has nil conditions.
