I am a PR holder and since then I have got a new passport. Therefore I need to update the new passport details and to that end I found form 929. Two questions I have on this and would appreciate if someone could answer

1. How long is the processing time, they have not given a time?
2. Is that email correct, it looks a bit weird ([email protected]) and is there any way to follow up on the progress?

It’s easier just to update this in your immi account. Just login and click the ‘update us’ button in the Application Details page.

I have to actually update my name, and from what I know its not possible to do this using the immi account.

If you are using a different name on a new passport, make sure to follow up that everything has been updated correctly (do a VEVO check). I have had some hassles with it in the past.

Thanks for the reply, did you email the details to [email protected] and how long did it take them to process it and get back to you. I assume they replied by email once the processing was complete.
