Hello Everyone,

I've wanted to see (have been checking the message groups for ages now) if anyone can confirm the current (2017/2018) documents a sponsor will need to submit for the Partner Visa 820. The home affairs.gov site list the following:
- Police certificates
- Identity Documents
- Documents showing you currently live in AUS

However, I've seen other posts that require a 40S form and I'm not sure if this is still needed?

Also, if I am the applicant are these the only forms (not including any de facto documents) I need to submit:
- Passport
- Birth certificate
-Police checks
- Form 80

Again i am going off the home affairs site, but if I am missing anything you help would be greatly appreciated.

Notice the online checklist doesn't mention the 40sp. That's because the sponsor can do the online form listed instead (Which is mentioned in that checklist). Just go off the checklist on the website.
