Updating information once 309 application has been submitted

I’ve applied for my offshore partner visa at the end of October and my husband is going to finalise his sponsor application at the end of this week. All other documentation for me is already uploaded and I’ve had my medical and done my police check. Our children are all Australian citizens and we applied for their Aussie passports recently. They’ve now come through, so my question is whether I need to notify immi of this (no CO assigned yet). Should I upload photos of their passports/citizenship certificates?
