Hi there,

For the uploading of the documents for application of partner's visa 820 online, I cant seem to find any uploading button before submitting the form, which means that I can only upload the documents after submitting the form? Please help!

Thanks much for you help! Just another question on Form 40, as I have read the partner's visa booklet it says "completed application form 47SP and form 40SP (completed by your sponsor), which can be lodged online via ImmiAccount"

Do I have to start a new application for form 40 then import into my current application of form 47? I am not too sure how this can be done online. Thanks again for your help!

Once the application has been paid and submitted, the sponsor will go into immi (via your account or their own) and create a new app that says sponsorship on it for partner visas. In that application, there will be a question that asks for your apps TFN number. The sponsor enters that number, completes the app and submits. The apps are automatically tied together via your TFN.

You start a new application in Immiaccount - Sponsorship for a partner... - this is form 40SP. You link it to the 47SP form by inputting the TRN for the 47SP. You will have to submit and pay for the 47SP before being able to submit the 40SP (it will only let you get to page 4 of 40SP before giving you an error message if the 47SP is not submitted and paid for)
