It takes 3-5 business days for BPAY payment to be processed. Once it's processed you'll receive a confirmation email, the status will change to Received, the upload section will appear and you will be able to proceed with sponsorship application form.
Uploading evidence for Partner visa
Hi guys,
My wife and I submitted and paid for my wife's Partner visa application on Friday. We paid via Bpay so had to wait for payment to be matched to the application. We didn't receive any email but when we checked the status online, it was showing as "submitted". Before it was showing as "Awaiting payment" so we are assuming the matching of the payment to the application has been completed.
The issue we have is that we can't see anywhere to upload the evidence nor could we submit the sponsor application 40sp as it just comes up with an error message saying "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED. THE RELATED APPLICATION DETAILS PROVIDED CANNOT BE VERIFIED".
Could someone please help shed some light on our situation? We keep reading that the upload section of the website should be visible after paying for the visa but that's not the case for us. At this stage, we are not sure whether we did something wrong or whether we just need to wait until Monday for something to change within our dashboard?
