Hello good ppl,
I am on bridging visa 485, received a refusal notice 2 days ago.

Decision record says my AFP police clearance was not uploaded.

I did a NSW police check not the AFP check by mistake, that was uploaded to Immiaccount, I was notified by DIBP email then, i applied for AFP police check . I was waiting to get the certificate letter which i got now. But visa refusal letter came. However i have emailed DIBP on the AFP police clearance ref no and completion notice, I was just waiting to upload the hard copy scanned. Looks like AAT appeal is the only choice i am left with.

Please advise me, considering my case, I want to show the emails and both of police checks to AAT, it has the dates.

How severe is my situation ? how likely it is that my visa will be approved through AAT appeal

You are correct, the only option you have is the AAT, unless you depart Australia, and return and apply again while you are still within 6 months of completing your course.

I shall appeal to AAT, but how severe is my case? since I have completed the check in a timely manner just didn't upload it Immiaccount, I emailed DIBP, have all emails.

Please, how likely the AAT appeal will result in approving of my visa? how severe is my case ??
