Our visa recently got granted for the 309. Our application process was done through an immigration agent. When we are eligible to apply for the 100 will the Partner Processing Centre notify us? Or will this go back to the immigration agent?

In my case, I didn't receive any notification. I applied 309/100 for my wife in Nov 2015.

In my friend's case (applied in June 2016), he received a notification in June 2018. the notification is shown under the message option of the application in the immiAccount, and it was sent to the nominated email address, which belongs to his Migration agent.

They are notifying people one month prior, but it's not their fault if that notification doesn't find you so best if you just remember when it's time. You're eligible 2 years after you made the combined 309/100 application.

As per my previous comment:

Check the contact details that were provided for stage 2 in the original sc.309 application. If it was the agent's details , they will contact them, unless you change it.
