Hi everyone!

I've just lodged my visa 300 application online for my partner whom is in Vietnam. I am located in Australia, hence I am the sponsor and she is the applicant wishing to come to Australia.

I have two questions and hope someone may be able to assist me in getting some clarity. :) :) :)

I have received a letter from the department of home affairs asking for bio metric scans and photographs be taken of my fiance;

Question 1:
I understand this must be done in 28 days. After scanning and photographs, do they lodge these scans and photos to the immigration department for you, or are you given the information and have to send it off yourself, ie scan through the info and attach it online? (biometrics and photos were requested as an action online)

I have also received a HAPID and letter of medical referral for my fiance (I have been given permission to receive these letters on behalf on my fiance, as she doesn't speak much english)

Question 2:
There is no time limit given and we weren't assigned a case officer as of yet. Do we go through with arranging appointments as directed by the online action that says (action required - med. exam), and how do they send this information to the immigration department? Do they give it to us to scan through and attach online, or do they keep it secret and send it off to immigration themselves?

Thank you so much for any help you can give

Vu.

Applied online 18/3/2018
Biometrics requested 18/3/2018
HAPID given 18/3/2018

** You have 28 days to reply to both your questions - proof of application or booking is fine.

After scanning and photographs, do they lodge these scans and photos to the immigration department for you, or are you given the information and have to send it off yourself, ie scan through the info and attach it online? (biometrics and photos were requested as an action online)

** These are often referred to as police checks or clearances, you will receive the certificate, colour scan and upload it to immiaccount when you get it.

I have also received a HAPID and letter of medical referral for my fiance (I have been given permission to receive these letters on behalf on my fiance, as she doesn't speak much english)

Question 2:
There is no time limit given and we weren't assigned a case officer as of yet. Do they give it to us to scan through and attach online, or do they keep it secret and send it off to immigration themselves?

** make the booking with the approved clinic, the clinic then sends it directly to immigration - yes they keep it a secret from you. If something is wrong immigration will contact you (then you seek professional help from one of few very good RMA's)

Hi,
Thank you for the help!

Where do I upload this proof of appointment or booking if my application is online? I cannot see where to upload the proof that I have booked Medicals and Police Checks?
