Hello!

I´m an Argentinean citizen, and I have a New Zealander partner. We live in Australia now. I came with a tourist visa, and now I have a Bridging Visa A (with a no working condition).

I applied to the New Zealander Family Relationship Visa (subclass 461) last December (2016), and I´m still waiting for an answer (they say now that it would take from 6 to 9 months to have an answer because they are collapsed). Therefore, I´m thinking about applying to have the no working condition removed -because of financial hardship- because I don´t have enough savings to wait that long.

As a couple, our only income is a scholarship my partner has, of AUD 2000 per month. Our expenses are over AUD 2500 per month (we are using my savings, but they are running out).

I´m worried that this application to remove the no work condition may have negative consequences on the final result of my application.

Thank you!
