For the Visa 485, it is stated that we need 2 years of academic study and minimum of 16 months of study.
I’ve studied in Australia for more than 16 months thus far and I'm currently in my final semester. However, I'm a transfer student from Monash Malaysia so even though my course (Bachelor of Computer Science) is CRISCO certified, I have taken less than 2 years worth of credit hours over the span of 2 years. Not to mention that I've failed one or two of the units along the way so I had to retake them.
Does that mean that I did not fulfill the Australian study requirements?
