Hi ,

I am really seeking help here and I am really fed up with those agents who are sucking ur money and empty ur acc. without any hesitation .
I recently went to couple of mig. agents and they said there is 0% chances of getting TR in my case while they can do some magic to get TR with couple of grands.

I had applied graduate 485 (provisional ) in sep11.

My nominated occupation assessment result in fashion designer was negative , while Vetassess suggested to change it to textile designer. and I got positive assessment in Textile Designer within same reference no. .

Immigration office is saying that u have to lodge new application for new occupation, Now its being more than 6months of my study completion , so i m not eligible for new application.

however i sent positive assessment result of textile designer to immigration dep. with change in circumtances form 1022.

Now waiting for case officer to allocate on this file and discuss further.

looking for some suggestion on this ,,

still waiting to allocate case officer.. I sent 1022 form mentioning all situation..
I m also thinking to sent 1023 form to state wrong occupation selection.. but bit confused.. don't know what to do..

tell me ur condition,, when did u applied ?
