I need your expertise urgently!
I've received an invitation from Home Affairs to apply for NSW Regional 489 and I've already paid up the fees but yet to attach documents for processing.
My question is I'm claiming overseas skilled employment of 5-7years (in the last 10yrs) and skilled employment in Australia of 1 year, although I got a successful outcome in my skilled assessment but TRA considers that the applicant was first able to commence work in skilled employment in the nominated occupation from 30 November 2016.
I've 11 years of experience as Carpenter & Joiner but yet TRA stated I'm able to commence work in that occupation as skilled on 30th Nov.16 onwards.
Does it mean that I couldn't be able to claim points for overseas skills employment of 5-7 years and skilled employment in Australia of 1 year?
