Hi all.

We have applied for visa 491immigration route to Australia. I wonder if someone could help us understand and clarify a few matters:

1. Would only the main applicant need to move and live in Australia or all the dependants will also need to move and live there in order to become eligible to apply for PR, and then for passport?

2. My child is going to start university next year, so would she be eligible for resident fee or international fee? If not initially, would she be eligible for resident fee once the PR has been issued?
