Hi. I'm just trying to do a visa application and i've got the bit where it says passport place of issue/authority. On the passport it says Konsul W Londynie which is Polish for Consulate of London. Do I write exactly what it has on the passport, or do I translate it to English and write Embassy of Poland, London?
Thanks!

Copy what it says on your passport.

1 more question sorry.

If the passport was issued in the UK by a consulate.

Is the country of passport the UK or Poland?

And the passport nationality would be Polish?

If it is a Polish passport, then the passport is Polish, no matter where it is issued.
