I wish to invite my brother to australia as a visitor .
He holds a palestinian passport and is currently living in UAE with a work visa . I believe the application will be refused as he holds a palestinian passport ,as my cousins have also applied and been refused.
I really would like him to visit my wife and I ( who is an Australian ) and I would like to seek your advice on how to prevent him from being refused.
I currently hold a student visa that expires on 3/2015 and have applied for a partner Visa on the 23/08/2013.
Please let me know if you would be able to discuss my situation with you at a time of your convince.
