HI dear friends i am a refugee my partner is permanent resident of Australia we got marriage last month can i apply for 309 visa as a refugee ?

who ever face the same situation you can share your timeline !

Do you mean that you hold a refugee visa? Are you living in Australia? If you're in Australia, you'd be applying for an 820 visa (the 309 is the version if you are outside Australia). If you hold a refugee visa, read the grant notice to see if it mentions any limitations. But in any case, it may be a good idea to speak with a registered migration to make sure your partner visa application is solid.

No i live outside of Australia as a refugee

What country are you from as some countries for example Syria & Yemen the security checks can take forever.

Anyone can apply for a 309 as is an offshore visa however even a refugee needs to meet the requirements of a 309 visa. Just being married does not mean you will get the visa you still need to provide evidence and convince immigration that your relationship is genuine.
