Hi , I sponsored my in laws for family visit,they are to attend biometric centre for fingerprints scan and facial scan. When they arrived at the biometric centre, staff at the centre said they need the (visa lodgement number) which we don’t have and don’t know how to get it.Can you please help us get the number so my in laws can do theirs scan. Thank you very much.

Did they apply online using an Immiaccount?

Every time I have applied, I get an automatic email requesting the PIDs (biometrics). The subject of the email usually starts with: "IMMI s257A (s40) Requirement to Provide PIDs" Attached to this email is a letter that contains the VLN. Alternatively, you can get this under Messages on your Immiaccount.
