Does anyone know which processing center handles visa applications for US citizens? Not sure if the visa type matters. Is there a way to see current processing times for specific centers?

Hi, the only email I have is immi account saying application was received. I looked at it several times but I can’t find anything that shows where the email originated. Can you please give me an example of what the email should say or how it would indicate processing office of origin? Thank you!

Unfortunately, there has been zero communication from immi since I lodged my application, but that seems to be the norm. I lodged it it June 2022. Just curious as to what are “typical” wait times for US applicants and whether or not that’s directly related to the processing center handling the application.

Those letters probably do not show the office.
I just looked at a recent one, and there was no mention of the processing office.

The acknowledgement letter is automatic and won't show the office. If you receive a s56 request for information, which means a human has looked at the application, then the processing office is noted in the covering email.
