Hi All!

First off all let me apologize for undoubtedly duplicating other questions. It's my first post here so I'm a total newbie :)

I was wondering if any of you could answer me this question..
Me and my fiance have been thinking about applying for a visa to work in Australia (we both have EU passports), when I check the application online on the website of the Australian embassy it states that you need a sponsorship from your future employer to get a visa. But when I look for jobs online, the description often says that in order to apply you need to already have a visa. I work in IT and I see a lot of vacancies that would be a good match so it seems that my skills are required.. So where should I start? Should I just start applying and hope that one of these companies will sponsor me? Or should I try to get a visa before I apply?

Would you recommend any of these agencies that can do the application for you after a fee has been paid?
