Will be fantastic if someone can answer this question of mine!

I'm wondering if I withdraw from my subclass 485 application, (which at this stage I don't have a case officer yet, so I'm still bridging), will it affect any possible future migration plans, i.e. denial of migration to Australia because I have withdrawn a previous application.

Please help me to answer this question, or direct me to where I could find answers! Cheers!

You can withdraw any application by advising Immi, in writing by email and withdrawing the 485 will have an impact on tour bridging visa and they may in fact issue another one giving you 28 days to depart Australia.
It should not impact on a future application as long as you comply with any new requirements.
