Hi Everyone ,

My visa was rejected on a basis below

Under migration law, a visa cannot be granted unless the applicant meets the legal requirements that are specified in the Act and the Regulations. You did not meet the legal requirement in clause 600.211 in Schedule 2 of the Regulations on the date I made my decision.

I note that you are currently unemployed and have not provided details of your current activities or future job prospects. Based on the available evidence I find you have limited incentives to return to your home country.

I find that you have not demonstrated sufficiently strong financial, personal, employment or other commitments in your home country that would be an incentive for you to return after your visit.

I am not satisfied that you genuinely intend to stay temporarily in Australia for the purpose you have stated, and therefore find that you do not satisfy Subclause 600.211 of the Migration Regulations 1994.

i was sponsored by my friend who is permanent resident in Australia ,i went through the agent who did not even knew the process (Getvin consultancies in India) They said as your friend is sponsoring you just need your friends account details thats all so i did not provide any details about my future plans or funds .
Can you please tell me if i can re apply my visa and state my condition below
The reason i left my job was due to my dad s health as he had a major operation and i had to look after him for his daily duties
and i am planning to start hunting my job after my marriage
I am getting married back in India in october
I have enough funds in my account
i did not fill these reasons in my previous application as i was not asked to by my agent .Can you please tell me if these reasons are strong enough to prove that i am coming back to india .

Thanks in Advance

Why did you use a migration agent in India if you wanted to go to Australia?

Use a "Registered" Migration Agent preferably one in Australia, they will know the process and current policy.

That is no that they can guarantee you will get a visa, it will be harder now you have been refused.
