My partner has a Visitor Visa with a "must not arrive after 23 Jan 2019"

Am I correct in saying she can arrive right up until and inculding the 23 Jan, and will the be allowed to stay for the 3 months?

Does immigration ever give problems with this?

This shouldn't be a problem.

Best to be a bit early though - especially if coming from a very different time zone - by the time she arrives, it might be 6am of the 24th.

Thanks. This won't be a problem as the flight arrives on 19th Jan. Just wanted to check I'm reading it correct where the visa doesn't 'expire' on the 23rd, just not allowed to enter Australia after this time.
