Hi everyone,

I was just hoping for some clarification on the below requirement from ACWA about work experience for a successful skills assessment:

"A minimum of 3 years of full time (or part time equivalent) industry experience which includes at least one year of post qualification experience in a welfare centre manager role within the last 5 years."

I have a non-relevant bachelors degree, after which, I then completed 2.5 years of relevant industry experience.

I've just completed a relevant Master's degree and am currently fulfilling the 1 year post qualification experience.

My question is: does my 2.5 years of relevant work experience count for fulfilling part of the minimum 3 year requirement even though it was undertaken before completing my Master's degree?

Any help or advice anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated :)
