I was working with one employer before, which is now no more operational.
this company was Austrlian based. The company formed in Austrlia was name as XYZ pty Ltd and in India the name of the company was XYZ pvt.Ltd

Now, I have requested my manager to write affadavit for me, who was working with pty and I was working with pvt.

So should it be ok , as he will mentioned name of the company differnt and on the letter name of the company for me will be differnt. ?

he has just added a note on the letter stating that both these companies belongs to the same entity. Should it be ok ?

What needs to be done in this case ?
