We didn't upload anything. The panel doctor uploaded the results within a couple of days. If you click on the link for the medical assessment it should have a different status. I don't recall the exact wording but ours said something like "the panel physician is in the process of conducting the health assessment" and then it changed to "health assessment completed" after he finished uploading everything, it didn't take long.
