Hi, my fiance is overseas and we're getting married in jan 2020 outside of australia.
according to the partner migration booklet,
there's 3 options.

option 1 - get a 300 , then come to australia, get married in 9 months , apparently the wedding can be outside of australia, apply for the 820 in Australia, then 801.

option 2- apply for a 309 outside australia, then get a 100 after 2 years in aus.

option 3 - come to australia on a tourist visa that doesn't have a no further stay condition, apply for the 820 in aus, go on a bridging visa A when the tourist visa expires, then get the 820 once its approved.

im not sure what the best option is, can anyone give me any advice?
is it true that with option 3, you can't apply for a 820 whilst on a tourist visa if it has a no further stay condition on it?
