You can't. Once they are on a 801 visa they are here forever regardless of it the relationship breaks down or not.

You can send them a letter to the permanent partner processing centre in Melbourne. I would also email them to be on the safe side too.

I just want to say it is nice to see someone doing the right thing and withdrawing sponsorship when the relationship is over. We see a lot on this forum that don't withdraw the sponsorship when the relationship is over.

You can withdraw the sponsorship any time until the 801 is granted. Unfortunately not every knows this and some people leave their sponsor after they apply for the 801.
