Work/student visa and work from home for a home foreign employer

I am planning to move to Australia while my wife will be studying. If all is correct I will be receiving the work/student visa that allows me to work 40 hours at each 14 days.
My questions are:
1. Could I continue working for my actual home country employer? Could I work 40 hours per week if I receive my salary in my home town country and home town currency? At my actually job I could do all my job from home.
2. Could I work 20 hours per week for my current foreign employer, working from home, and until 40 hour at each 14 days for an Australian employer?
