The couple had a baby in Australia, while mom is on bridging visa A, pending de facto. The dad is AU citizen, so the baby is auto-granted the same. Can a mom be refused a visa if the relationship breaks up and dad refuses to be a sponsor? Can they force mom to leave the country?
