I wrote my family name in given names so now my visa 190 application has doubled family name and i have recived my bridging visa with this wrong name as i am in Australia. Could anyone advise my what to do

You could upload form 1023 (Notice of Incorrect Answers) but they will not look at it until a delegate is assigned to your case.

When you log into your immi account, under menu, you will see "update details". Click on that and you'll see a list of updates you can provide. Click on the one that you think is relevant and it'll take you to a form that you fill out and submit. They might ask you to upload supporting documentation. I had to do this when I renewed my passport - it was pretty straight forward.
