Why don't you ask your college/uni on this matter, or you can call the BIDP instead? It's getting annoying to see you repeat and repeat and repeat the same question!

We've already told you that the way to cancel your student visa is to contact DIBP, if you're sure canceling it is what you want to do. We've advised you why it's not a good idea, and advised you to contact a migration agent first, but if you're still going to just go ahead and cancel it, the way to cancel it is to contact DIBP. There is no way around that. You're not going to get a different answer by asking over and over and over again. Further instances of you asking the same question will be deleted as you've already been answered multiple times. Thanks.
