Thx for you reply Mish. I hope all goes well. I hate taking pics . Even my partner laughs that I m impersonating stereotypes by taking camera with me on outings. You know that typical migrant/ tourist with their Nikon camera around their neck taking pics at the train station.

I am picturing at the moment people going up to random people going "excuse me can I please have a photo with you" and using it for their visa LOL.
No, I don't remember, unfortunately. There was nothing to indicate it was a parent thing, though.

Remember that Immi asks you to identify everyone in your pics - I would think that would be hard to do with strangers. Who knows. It's probably possible to be deceitful with just about any form of evidence (ugh) but every requirement makes it that much more hard to fake.

I don't think they're going to give you a hard time about not having named them. I don't think I've ever read on this forum where a CO has asked an applicant to identify someone in a picture when they didn't include it. But the documentation on partner visa applications (I believe in the Partner Migration booklet.. not positive) somewhere did ask you to identify who was in each picture, date, and event. We did that as part of the captions for all our photos. And then they could see that some of the photos also had the people writing statements for us in them, or that this was evidence I'd met his parents, or whatever.

See this is the annoying thing ... alot of things can be faked ... or tried to anyway (I use to work in fraud so have seen alot!).

Makes me sad when people in a genuine relationship get rejected just because they can't document it on paper yet a non genuine couple gets approved because they can play the system

Maybe we should just invite DIBP to come and stay with all of us for a few days or a week lol.

Anyway my aim to to try and get 10 pics with other people between now and 801 and some just us together photos (which should be the easy part!).

We can only try really for the photos and at the end of the day are just one piece of the picture.

Thanks CG!
We just not sure how picky the CO will be lol. Guess we will do our best since there is no particular way to present the evidence to cover those 4 category. We will just do our best to present them as neatly as possible so the reader can understand clearly.

Yeah mish! It's really upsetting especially I lived here almost my whole life and I never experience what visa applicant had to go through ever since I meet my wife. Just so stressful and not to mention, putting your whole life on hold and spend every money you have just on this for the next few years especially if your only like 26 of age with nothing yet just try to begin a life and have to please some person that we are real. It's like a case fight in the courthouse or something Lol

Mish when you mention we should invite them haha. U know they should do what the council have like the food and health inspector who come and see u and witness and investigate your home, things u have etc Hahah or like Big brother house hahaha

Anyways thank you I better not go off topic since it's about picture evidence
