Toeic instead of ielts test

I've passed TOEIC which examinees English in everyday workplace activities.I know that TOEFL is honored while applying for student visa, but what about TOEIC (both are from ETS Organization)? Is this test honored for General Skilled Migration Program or I need to pass IELTS?
