I am 31 from the uk and I have been offered the chance of sponsorship on a 457 visa. I unfortunately refused a breath test in uk a couple of years ago, and was wondering how will this effect my chances of getting a 457 visa and then full residency? If any one has any infomation or experiences I would like to hear from you. Many thanks
Even if it is on your criminal record, the only crimes that would affect the approval of your visa are ones that resulted in you spending more than 6 months in prison. I think you should be fine, but just for the sake of it that's no guarantee.
