Question Which occupation suitable?

Hi,

I am Chandrika, I am Sri Lankan Citizen currently working as an Executive in a leading Financial firm since last 7 years. I am 31 years aged and having Bachelors degree in Economics.

My firm is dealing in stockbroking, banking as well as in insurance sector too and I need to perform different duties in all these fields. Hence, I am confused which occupation I should select to apply for 189 PR visa assessment to Vetassess? I am closely fitting in both these occupations, Finance Broker - 222112 and Insurance Broker 222113. However, I am given duties to work more in Insurance sector since last 2-3 years but I think my qualification of Bachelor in Economics may not suit for Insurance Broker 222113 occupation. Hence, I still not applied for any occupation assessment to Vetassess. Can anybody please give me suggestion which occupation I should select as I am suitable for both occupations? Can you please provide any Australian government or authority website where I can found more details for these occupations?

Thank you very much,
Chandrika

Even if you were to obtain a positive skills assessment in one the occupations you listed, there would be considerable issues in proceeding to a skilled migration visa.

May I suggest that you to consult a registered migration agent for advice about developing a visa strategy?

Thanks Russell.

Can you please explain what kind of 'considerable issues' may arise in my future GSM visa application? For your kind knowledge I have already paid 1 hour consultation fees to one of MARA agent as instructed by them but at the end of our conversation I was left unsure which occupation I should select by saying it is up to you for which occupation I should apply based on my duties I am performing. The MARA agent is famous among another popular Australia visa forum however I am still unanswered after paying his initial consultation fees and hence I joined this forum and asked my concern.

I am waiting to hear from you,
Thanks
Chand

In the skilled occupations mentioned, you would need a state/territory nomination to which 'special conditions' that you do not satisfy are attached; or you would need employer nomination.

If you go to my website pinoyau.com and use the contact form I shall let you know what I need to undertake a full assessment of your case.

From what has been posted, it seems likely that you might not qualify, but I can assure you of two things, I will not get it wrong and since you have already paid for professional advice, I will not charge you.
