Hi,

You might start by looking at the sorts of visas available to workers:

These are for coming to Australia to look for a job, but you don't need to be sponsored:
Professionals and Other Skilled Migrants - Workers - Visas & Immigration
(you have to chose whether you're aplying outside or inside Australia and it'll show you the different visas)

And these are the visas if you already have a job offer/offer of sponsorship from an employer:
Visa Options - Employer Sponsored Workers - Workers - Visas & Immigration
(you can choose temporary or permanent visa types)

Again, this comes up often. Ask a professional or company to assist. Almost every international application is rejected unless supported by an Australian business or supporter.
