Thank you rose2014 and smurphy! The waiting and uncertainty is so hard, but then it's over and you can move on to the more fun things, like wedding plans and getting things taken care of before you move!

That's fantastic getting yours in just over 5 months. Fingers crossed that we start seeing some more getting granted in quick times

Five months seemed like a long time, but of course I know it is really short. My partner and I have been long distance for 2.5 years, so it's especially nice to know our distance phase is soon over. I was (begrudgingly) prepared to wait the entire 12-15 month processing time, and I think it's prudent for everyone to be prepared for that, but clearly it doesn't always take that long!
Good luck everyone, try not to lose heart - the waiting will end!

Fingers crossed for everyone that there isn't anyone that has to wait more than 12mths! But I'm sure we are all willing to wait as long as it takes, even though it sure is tough!
